After a Superior Court commissioner dismissed officers repeatedly punching a man in the face as "more than reasonable" Cop Watch LA posted the video on YouTube. The FBI is now investigating. Though some say that videos like this could become a tool to keep police honest, others are concerned that we will become desensitized to police brutality.
