Confirmed: Gmail dot bug sends your email to other users!

Gmail doesn't recognize dots in usernames, so to Gmail, [email protected] and [email protected] are the same. So while you can create a Gmail username with a dot, if an identical name exists without the dot, he'll get your email! Users have reported this weirdness for many months already, now it's confirmed by Google, albeit, not yet fixed.
