Lawsuit raises questions about putdown

When do playground insults used every day all over America cross the line into hate speech that must be stamped out? High school student and Mormon Rebeka Rice was asked if she has 10 moms she responded with "That's so gay." The school issued her a formal warning and marked it in her records. Her parents are now fighting back in court.
